  • How can I exclude my profile from search results?

    You can easily make your profile «invisible» in search results without having to delete it. You can do this by going to the «Privacy» tab in the «Settings» section, and unticking «Allow my profile to appear in the search results», and then clicking «Save».

  • What should I do if no pictures display?

    In your browser, the option to download pictures may be switched off. If you use Internet Explorer, on the «Tools» menu, select «Internet Options», and click the «Advanced» tab. In «Multimedia», tick «Show pictures».

    If you are having viewing the «Photoline», then you probably need to install the latest version of Flash player.

  • My profile has been blocked

    We are very careful about blocking user profiles to make sure we do not accidentally block a user who has done nothing wrong. If your profile has been blocked, it means you have broken one of the rules of using our Network.

    The most common prohibited actions by users are:

    1. posting prohibited types of photos
    2. posting obscene text
    3. being rude to other users

    If you believe that your profile has been mistakenly blocked, please contact us and we will do our best to help you.

  • I want to help improve the website

    We are very grateful to all the users who help us to make our site even better.

    If you want to inform us about content or users that you believe do not comply with the rules of our Network, you can tell by clicking the «Report abuse» button, which is located at the bottom of the page when you are viewing a profile, diary, chat window or photo. You just need to select the reason you are reporting the content or user.

    If you are happy to continue helping us to improve our website, you can become a People's agent and receive 5 coins for every 200 blocked profiles (for valid reasons).
    To do this, please go to «Settings» and click «People's agent» campaign». After you have familiarized yourself with the rules of our service and completed a short trial period, you will be able to block inappropriate profiles and photos.

    Any user who has not previously broken the rules of our Network can join the Campaign.

  • Where did the «Boost my profile» button go?

    This option is probably unavailable because you boosted your profile very recently, and it hasn't dropped below 100th place yet.

  • Why does my profile say I am in a different country?

    You have probably changed your location recently. We will update your location within 2 days of you changing location.

  • How can I deactivate the «Always online» service?

    When you register, we activate a free service «Always online», which allows you to receive messages from our service in the form of SMS messages on your mobile phone.

    If you don't need this service, you can deactivate it by unticking this option in the «Messages» tab in «Settings». Please remember to click «Save» after entering your changes.

  • Why has my profile been excluded from the search results?

    There are three possible reasons:

    1. You have excluded your profile from the search results. To change this, go to the «Privacy» tab in the «Settings» section, and tick the box next to «Allow my profile to appear in the search results» and click «Save».

    2. You have recently updated your location. Please allow up to 15 minutes for your profile to be included in the search results again.

    3. Your profile does not comply with the rules of our Network:

    1. You haven't added a main photo to your profile.
    2. You haven't completed the «What I am looking for» section, or you have disabled this section.

    After making changes to your profile, please allow up to 15 minutes for your profile to be included in the search results again.

  • Why haven't I been receiving any e-mails from the website?

    Please check that the e-mail address listed in the «Personal information» tab in the «Settings» section is correct.

    If this e-mail address is correct, then it is possible that for some reason beyond our control, our e-mails are being filtered into your spam folder. Please open your inbox, go to your «Spam» folder, and confirm that e-mails from our service should not be marked as spam.

    If that doesn't fix the problem, please contact us. We'll do our best to solve the problem.

  • I paid for a service, but the service hasn't been activated yet. What should I do?

    Unfortunately, sometimes it takes a little bit longer than expected to activate premium services. This is due to our website's security system. Please be patient!

    If you have paid for a service by SMS or bank card instead of using your profile account, then the problem could be due to a delay with your mobile operator or bank confirming the payment. Usually you shouldn't have to wait any longer than 20 minutes.

    If you are certain that the problem is not due to a minor delay as described above, please contact us. We will solve your problem.
